# Finesse Infra Steel Constructions Contracting LLC > Steel fabrication and construction contractor in Dubai, operating a fully equipped Al Quoz workshop. We engineer, fabricate and install structural and architectural steel in-house: villa extensions, mezzanines, warehouses, staircases, cladding and architectural metalwork. Finesse Infra Steel Constructions Contracting LLC has operated since 2019 from Warehouse No. 20, RKM Compound, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE. The company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, with Dubai Municipality G+1 contractor approval. Fabrication runs on two 6 kW CNC laser cutters (one for sheet and plate, one for tube and pipe), a 170-ton CNC press brake with ±0.2° repeatability, and AWS-standard welding. Projects are delivered across Dubai's premium communities (Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Al Barari, Jumeirah Islands and Arabian Ranches) with selected work in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
