A Dubai steel contractor with fully integrated fabrication operations.
We combines skilled craftsmanship with advanced fabrication technology, including two 6 kW CNC laser cutting machines, a 170 ton CNC bending machine, laser welding, and MIG/TIG welding to AWS standards. Engineering, fabrication, and site installation are managed in house, while finishing works are coordinated through long term specialist applicators and partners.
The workshop
One roof. Cutting, bending, welding, install our own people.
Warehouse No. 20, RKM Compound, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3. Our facility houses two 6 kW CNC laser cutting machines dedicated to sheet, plate, tube, and pipe processing, along with a 170 ton CNC bending machine, enabling closely coordinated fabrication workflows under one facility. Welding is carried out to AWS standards, with procedures selected to suit each joint and project requirement. This integrated setup allows faster turnaround, consistent quality control, and precise execution across multiple steel disciplines.
Cutting, bending, and welding are managed through closely coordinated in-house operations, ensuring accountability at every stage of fabrication. Finishing works including powder coating, hot dip galvanizing, and polishing are carried out through trusted specialist applicators, with our team coordinating, inspecting, and managing final installation.
Numbers
Seven years of compounding work.
Volume has roughly doubled in the last two years more clients, more repeat work, and more on the floor at any given time.
Leadership
The people accountable for the work.
Decades of structural and fabrication experience, plus daily workshop oversight. Every leader stays personally on the projects they sign for.
Managing Director
Mohamed Iqbal
Founder and Managing Director. Three decades in steel fabrication and construction. Sets strategic direction, stays close to clients, and walks the floor on live production.
Business Operations Executive
Shamsudheen
Driving business growth through marketing, sales strategy, and financial management. And if you’re wondering who built this beautiful website… yep, it was me. I vibe coded the whole thing in a week
Senior Engineer
Ismath Ali Khan
Leads structural design, shop drawings and Dubai Municipality submissions. Signs off every load-bearing detail before it leaves engineering.
Advanced Fabrication Technician
Manikandan Mahendran
Heads the CNC laser cutting, bending and welding cell. Programs the machines, supervises operators, and signs off critical fabrications before they leave the workshop.
Trajectory
From a single workshop to a full stack operation.
Each phase is an investment that compounds equipment, certifications, and people retained on the team.
Founded
2019Established in Dubai. Initial focus on structural and architectural steel for villa projects.
Capacity
2020Moved into Warehouse No. 20, RKM Compound, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3. Dedicated bays for cutting, fitting and welding.
Compliance
2022Triple ISO certification 9001, 14001, 45001. Dubai Municipality structural approval up to G+1 obtained.
Equipment
2024Two 6 kW CNC laser cutters (sheet/plate and tube/pipe) and a 170 t CNC bending machine commissioned. Drafting, takeoff and coordination team trained to use AI tools to increase day-to-day productivity and efficiency.
Today
2026Engineers, fabricators, welders and site crew delivering across architectural, structural and bespoke fabrication scopes.
Process
Client brief to handover, accountable end to end.
Six stages. One accountable team throughout.
01 Brief
Enquiry & site visit
We visit the site to take measurements, review design intent, and assess project requirements. Programme timelines, site constraints, and finish details are clarified early to support accurate planning and coordination.
02 Quote
Estimation
Quantity takeoff and estimation prepared by our in-house estimators. Material pricing, labour loading, and scope evaluation are reviewed and compiled by hand into an itemised quotation, typically issued within one working day (depends on project scale). Our team is trained to use AI tools to work faster and stay coordinated — the pricing itself is always reviewed and signed off by our estimators.
03 Draw
Shop drawings
Shop drawings prepared in Tekla and AutoCAD, peer-reviewed, issued for client and consultant approval.
04 Make
Fabrication
Cutting, bending, and welding are carried out in house to approved shop drawings. Structural welding follows AWS standards, with procedures selected to suit each joint and project requirement. Finishing works are coordinated through specialist applicators and long-term partners.
05 Fit
Installation
Our own crew transports and installs. Site survey verifies alignment, fixings and final dimensions.
06 Hand
Handover
Final inspection, snag close out, material traceability records and as built issued to the client.

Reviews
What our clients say.
No matter the size of the project, every customer who walks into our workshop matters to us and every review receives a personal reply as part of our commitment to quality and satisfaction.
Reviews will appear here once the Google Places API is connected. See the configuration block at the bottom of this page to add your Place ID and API key.
When the widget loads, the three most recent five-star reviews will replace this placeholder content automatically. Your overall score and total review count are pulled from the same source.
If the API call fails or quotas are exceeded, this fallback content remains visible so the section never appears broken to a visitor. Replace these blocks with your preferred default review excerpts if desired.
Approach
Steel is a slow material. It rewards attention. We give it that.
Draw before you cut.
Every job starts with shop drawings. Conflicts are caught in CAD, not after the truck has arrived on site.
Welds are visible.
If a weld will be seen, the welder is briefed before they strike the arc. Laser welding for clean, low distortion joints on visible work; structural welds get the process the joint demands.
Install with our own crew.
No handoff at the workshop gate. The team that fabricates a piece transports and installs it.
