Steel fabrication and construction, run end-to-end from one workshop. Two 6 kW CNC laser cutters and a 170 t CNC bending machine on the floor, with welding done to American Welding Society (AWS) standards. AI-assisted estimation and structural takeoff inform every quote.

Steel-framed extensions, roof additions and structural reinforcement for villas across Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Islands and Al Barari. UB/UC sections to S275JR, DM-submittable drawings.
Mezzanine & Event Structures
Mezzanines for warehouses, retail, schools and exhibitions. H/I-beam frames, metal decking, shear studs. Footings and tie-beam civils on request, DM-submittable.
Warehouse Fabrication & Erection
Hot-rolled MS columns and beams, purlins, sandwich panels, decking, roof sheeting. Authority approval (DM, Trakhees, DCD), pull-test reports, MPI weld inspection.
Structural Strengthening & Modification
Engineered strengthening, retrofit and modification of existing steel and RCC structures. Plate bonding, doublers, stiffeners, jacketing, opening cuts. DM-permitted, third-party verified.
Architectural & fabrication
Finished, visible, made to order.
Staircases
Floating, mono-stringer, helical. Welded stringers, steel balustrades, steel railings. Powder coat or hot-dip galvanise. Installed across Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills villas.
Handrails & Balustrades
Steel and stainless handrails, guards and balustrades for staircases, balconies, terraces and pools. BS 6180 loadings, BS EN 1090 fabrication, AWS D1.1 welding.
Cladding
Aluminium Composite Panel (A2/FR), marble and stone sub-frames, mashrabiya, perforated metal. CNC laser-cut, DCD-listed systems, third-party verified anchors.
Pergolas & Canopies
Steel pergolas, entrance canopies, walkway shades and feature shade structures. BS EN 1991-1-4 wind, BS EN 1090 execution, AWS D1.1 welding. DM-permitted.
Poolside & Landscape Steel
Pool-edge guards, deck frames, planters, garden pergolas and bespoke landscape steel. 316L stainless and marine-duplex finishes for chloride exposure.
Gates & Fencing
Sliding, swing and decorative gates, perimeter and compound fencing. CNC laser-cut panels, automated drives, HDG and powder-coat finishes.
Architectural Metalwork
Letter artwork, LED structure frames, CNC laser-cut Corten signage, sculpture armatures, bespoke metalwork for exhibitions and retail.
CNC fabrication & engineering
Made to fit, traceable on paper.
CNC Laser Cutting
Two 6 kW CNC laser cutters in-house: one for sheet and plate (3000 × 1500 mm, MS to 20 mm), one for tube and pipe up to 6 m. MS, SS, Al, GI. B2B and retail.
CNC Bending
170 t · 3,200 mm CNC bending machine in-house for cleat plates, brackets, panels and folded geometry. ±0.2° repeatability.
Laser Welding
Laser welding in-house for visible architectural joints and stainless decorative work. Low heat input, narrow HAZ, less distortion than TIG on finishes that would otherwise discolour.
Shop Drawings & Detailing
Tekla, AutoCAD and SolidWorks shop drawings, fabrication detailing and BIM coordination from architect’s and consultant’s GA drawings. AISC 303, BS EN 1090, ISO 19650.
