Build a career in steel, alongside engineers and trades who still walk the workshop floor.
Finesse Infra Steel is a Dubai steel contractor running two 6 kW CNC laser cutters and a 170 t CNC bending machine on the workshop floor in Al Quoz, with a drafting room and project office on the same site. We hire engineers, draftsmen, 3D designers, estimators, project managers, QA, HSE, accounts and trades. We build careers, not headcount.
C.01 Why Finesse
A studio and a workshop where the work is taken seriously.
We invest in equipment, in software, in training, and in the people who use all three. Three principles shape how the team operates, on the shop floor and in the office equally.
Value 01
Work is signed off, not anonymous.
Whether you're an estimator preparing the bid, a draftsman issuing AFC drawings, a welder running the joint, or a foreman closing out the install, your name is on the deliverable. Skill earns responsibility, not just hours.
Value 02
Modern tools, properly trained.
CNC lasers, a 170 t press brake, laser welding and MIG/TIG on the shop floor. Tekla Structures, AutoCAD and BIM coordination in the drafting room. Every operator and every detailer is trained on the tools they use before running them unsupervised.
Value 03
Safety is non-negotiable.
ISO 45001 isn't a wall plaque. It governs daily practice on site, in the workshop, and on every site visit office staff make. PPE is provided, toolbox talks are weekly, and anyone can stop a job they consider unsafe.
C.02 Growth & Training
How we develop people across departments.
A structured pathway for newcomers and a continuous-upskilling track for experienced staff. The shape of the path differs by discipline; the principle is the same.
Pathways
- TRAINEEApprenticeship.Two-year structured programme pairing new entrants with senior fabricators across cutting, welding, bending and finishing. Paid throughout, with manufacturer-led training on each machine before unsupervised operation.
- WORKSHOPExperienced fabricators & welders.Continuous upskilling on AWS welder qualifications, equipment-specific certifications, and progression into lead-hand, foreman and supervisor roles. Internal pay-and-grade reviews recognise certification milestones.
- DESIGNDrafting, 3D & engineering.Tekla Structures and AutoCAD training, BIM coordination, ISO 19650 information management, and structural standards (BS EN, AISC, Eurocode). Detailers move into lead detailer and engineering roles with project responsibility.
- OFFICEEstimating, project management & QA / HSE.Estimators progress to commercial managers, PMs to senior PMs running multi-package work, QA / HSE staff toward ISO 9001 / 45001 internal-auditor accreditation. Industry-recognised certifications are supported.
C.03 Open positions
Talent pool, not a job board.
We hire across engineering, drafting and 3D, fabrication and welding, site installation, QA and HSE, project management, estimating, and office and accounts. Roles open and close opportunistically. Rather than maintain a job list that goes stale, we keep every application on file and respond when a role matches your profile.
If you are a qualified professional with relevant certifications or tickets, attach them. If you are an apprentice candidate with no prior experience, tell us about the work you have done with your hands, the software or equipment you are curious about, and why steel.
C.04 Apply

C.05 Working at Finesse
A working environment built for craft. Deadlines met, documents complete, handover clean.
Methodical, not hurried.
Engineering does the calc, drafting issues the AFC, fabrication runs to the drawing, install closes out against the as-built. Each handover is a deliberate gate, not a hand-wave. Deadlines are honoured by planning, not by rushing the last week.
Documentation is part of the job.
Mill certs, WPS, NDT reports, as-builts, completion certificates, photographs. Every project closes with a handover pack ready for DM and DCD sign-off. Documentation is recorded as the work happens, not reconstructed at the end.
One workshop, one team.
RKM Compound, Al Quoz 3. Drafting room, project office, fabrication bays and finishing under one roof. The engineer who stamped the calc walks the same floor as the welder who runs the joint. No siloed teams, no offsite outsourcing.
