Galvanized, then coated. Not painted.
For UAE conditions, hot-dip galvanizing to BS EN ISO 1461 followed by powder coating in any RAL colour is the only finish that lasts. Spray paint on bare steel will not survive the climate.
Automation uses established brands (BFT, FAAC, CAME, Nice) with safety photocells, manual release for power failures, and optional smart-home control. Safety features follow the intent of BS EN 13241 and BS EN 12453.

Can you automate (motorize) gates?
Yes. We install motorized gate systems using established brands commonly used in the UAE (BFT, FAAC, CAME, Nice). Each automated gate is supplied with:
- Underground or surface-mounted motor
- Remote controls (and keypad or card access on request)
- Safety photocells to prevent closing on people or vehicles
- Manual release for power failures
- Optional smart-home / Wi-Fi control
Safety features comply with the intent of BS EN 13241 and BS EN 12453 for the safety of power-operated doors and gates.
What materials and finishes do you offer?
- Mild steel, the standard for most gates and fences. Hot-dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461 and powder coated for long life in UAE conditions.
- Stainless steel 304 and 316 for modern, low-maintenance, coastal-area finishes.
- Aluminium for lightweight pedestrian gates and decorative panels.
- Wrought iron for traditional and classical designs.
- Finishes: hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating in any RAL colour, polished or brushed stainless, faux-wood patterns, antique and patina finishes.
Can you fabricate from my drawings or a photo I send?
Yes. Send us a sketch, a photo, a reference image, or a CAD file, and our design team will work it up into a shop drawing for your approval before fabrication starts. For larger or unique designs we provide a 3D visual so you can see the result before committing.
Do I need permits to install a gate or boundary fence?
For most standard villa main gates and like-for-like replacement fencing, no permit is needed. However, if your villa is in a gated community, the master developer (Emaar, Nakheel, Damac, Meraas) may require approval of the design, colour, and height. Changes to boundary wall height or external appearance typically need a community NOC. We help confirm what is and is not required for your specific community before fabrication.

What welding standards do you use?
All structural and load-bearing welds follow the AWS D1.1/D1.1M Structural Welding Code for Steel. Decorative and ornamental welds are dressed and ground for a clean finish before painting or coating. Welds are visually inspected by our experienced QC team before the gate leaves the workshop.
Is installation included?
Yes, installation by our team is included as standard. We deliver to site, install the gate posts, hang the leaves, install the motor and accessories, test the safety photocells and remotes, and hand over with a user demonstration.
